This project is a renovation of an existing residence, centered on redefining storage efficiency and circulation flow to meet the homeowner’s demand for practicality and spatial clarity. By recalibrating the partition between the living room and master bedroom, the spatial proportions are rebalanced, while a dual-sided storage system is seamlessly integrated with the TV feature wall, unifying function and elevation.

A light-toned palette combined with warm wood elements establishes a bright yet calming living atmosphere. At the entrance, a perforated wood veneer wall serves as a focal feature, merging display and storage. The ceiling design introduces layered wooden elements to subtly conceal structural beams while articulating the transition between living and dining areas.

The guest bathroom reinterprets conventional layouts with a freestanding basin and a ceiling-mounted vertical faucet, complemented by curved wall forms that enhance both circulation and spatial character. Sliding slatted doors are applied to the kitchen and guest room, balancing openness with privacy while maintaining visual continuity.

Ultimately, the design returns to the essence of “order,” where storage, circulation, and materiality are thoughtfully integrated to create a refined and layered contemporary residence.
